How can I add points if I forgot at the register?
You can add points to your Stan's app anytime--even after checkout! You can add points via the QR code on your receipt just open up you app click Add Points and scan! Please note points can only be added to your account within 30 days of purchase.
How do I request a refund on an online order?
If you ordered through the Stan's website or Stan's Perks App, please email infogrp@stansdonuts.com. If you ordered through DoorDash or Grubhub, contact their support team to process the refund.
When will I receive my birthday reward of the free 1/2 dozen donuts?
You will receive them the day of your birthday that you have listed in your loyalty account information, the reward will be valid for 31 days once received. Reward will only be valid if the customer has transacted within the last 90 days at a Stan's store (not applicable to Mariano's only purchases), if no transaction in that timeline then the reward will not be given.
